Hutch’s Pool is located in Sabino Canyon. Take the tram up the canyon to the last stop. This will be the trail head. The trail from here is 7.49 miles round trip and has an elevation gain of 1181 ft. This is rated as a challenging hike.
The trail starts climbing right away, with a series of switchbacks. Variable trail surface exist. Hiking sticks recommended. Take a lot of water, especially if the day will be hot!
Towards the end the trail crosses the stream (usually dry) which consists of large rocks and boulders, and the trail is not well marked. Once you get across the stream look for Carns to show you the way! Note about gps. The signal in the canyon is funky! It strays all over the place! Making it hard to follow your track.
