Loop 2 is a short loop of 1.74 miles and is composed of 3 trails. Start at the SE corner of the Welcome center parking lot. Take the first trail to your left Widow Maker way and follow it to Hares Canyon. Turn right and go to the junction of Hares Canyon and Brooke Creek. Turn right follow back to parking lot.

Trail surface is hard packed earth. Elevation gain is 234 ft and is considered a high easy trail.
