The trail surface varies from hard packed to sandy and as you begin the section that takes you up to the falls it becomes rocky. It is a great trail that ends at the 7 falls. If the weather has been wet there may be water flowing. There are also several stream crossing using rocks. May get wet if they are flowing. Check at the Visitor center about the conditions.
